Refund Policy

Firstly, if you’re visiting this page it probably means you’ve bought something from us and so we owe you a ‘Thank you! Here at simplepiesces, we stand behind our products, in quality, functionality, and fit.

1、30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We allow you to exchange/ return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. When returning/exchanging please keep the following in mind:
  • Items must be unused and unwashed.
  • Items must be returned with their batteries and chargers included.
  • Items must be returned in salable condition. Items returned with pet hair, smelling of smoke or heavy perfume/cologne, dirty, etc will not be refunded.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition you’d be happy to receive from us.
  • Returning items must be postmarked and dropped off with the carrier within 30 days of receiving your item OR 30 days after Christmas.
  • If your product came in one of our white carrying bags, you will be charged $5 if it is not returned with the return.
If you are exchanging your item(s), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and we cover the cost of exchanging shipping. If you are returning for a refund you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
 
Note: Any items returned that are not in salable condition will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

2、Unconditional Return For a Refund

Within 30 natural days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products in original condition, and in original packaging for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For orders below $60, we will deduct $20 from the refund. For orders above $60, we will deduct 40% of the whole purchase.

3、Return and Refund For CONDITIONS

Within 30 natural days of receipt of your order, if the order has quality problems or misses some products, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product ( The premise is that the product has not been damaged or disassembly):

1. The product cannot be used.

2. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging.

If you meet the above criteria, you can record a video and take pictures to prove that the product doesn't work. And sent it to service@simplepiesces.com. Once we confirm that the products cannot work, the buyer needs to send the item back to our warehouse for quality confirmation and we will refund or exchange them. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. And if you for a refund we will deduct $20 for the shipping cost we spent for sending the item. And if for an exchange we will cover the resending cost.

These problems will be solved within 7 business days after the parcel is returned.

4、CANCELLATION in Conditions

1)、CANCELLATION BUT NOT SHIPPED

After receiving confirmation of the order, the customer may cancel the order by notifying us by email before the order is shipped. The customer must provide the order number and the reason for the cancellation.

In the case of cancellation of the order not shipped, we need to charge a 25% handling fee and refund the rest amount.

2)、CANCELATION But Order HAS Been Shipped Out

If the order has already been shipped, the customer must send the parcel back to our warehouse and is responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, and other related costs that may be incurred.

If, for any reason, the parcel is not returned to our warehouse by the customer, the order will be deemed to have been accepted by the customer and no refund will be made in this case.

And the customer will be charged up to a 25% extra restocking fee. (This is withheld from the refund,)

3)Refuse to accept the parcel without our knowledge or consent

If the customer refuses to accept the parcel without our knowledge or consent, we will consider that we have completed the order and will not be responsible for any subsequent loss of the parcel or refund.

5、DELIVERY PROBLEMS CLAIMS

If the customer provides the wrong address, firstly we will contact the customer to contact the local post office and pick up the parcel themselves.

And if the customer doesn't pick up the item within the correct period, the item is returned back to our courier or disposed of by the local post office. In this case, we will be deemed to have completed the order and will not be liable for any other refunds.

6、LATE OR MISSING Parcel

All the parcels should be delivered within 7-14 business days. Due to the COVID-19 situation, packages may take longer than the estimated delivery time.

At Simplepiesces, we understand that timely delivery of your parcels is important to you. We strive to deliver your parcels on time, every time, but in some cases, parcels may arrive late or go missing. This policy outlines the steps we will take in such situations.

1)Late Parcel Policy

If your parcel is late, we will take the following steps:

  1. Investigation: We will investigate the cause of the delay and keep you informed of the progress.

  2. Compensation: If the delay is due to our fault, we will compensate you for the inconvenience caused.

  3. Delivery: We will ensure that your parcel is delivered to you as soon as possible.

2)Missing Parcel Policy

If your parcel is missing, we will take the following steps:

  1. Investigation: We will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the whereabouts of your parcel.

  2. Refund/Compensation: If the parcel cannot be found, we will offer you a refund or compensate you for the value of the contents of the parcel up to the maximum liability limit specified in our terms and conditions or resend the parcel to you.

  3. Delivery: If the parcel is found, we will deliver it to you as soon as possible.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays or missing parcels that are caused by events outside of our control, such as natural disasters or customs delays.

6、SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the item is in good condition when receiving it.

If the unfortunate thing really happens, please provide us with the photo or video and contact us at service@simplepiesces.com.Once we confirm that the products cannot work, the buyer needs to send the item back to our warehouse for quality confirmation and we will refund or exchange them. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These problems will be solved within 3 business days.

Notice: We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 14 natural days from receipt of products.
