Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. Normally all the parcels will be delivered within 5-12 business days.

Note: 

Some of our products like the ceramic Microwave Cooker belong to fragile products, our logistics channels will take a little more time to deliver, but to ensure that the maximum extent to your hands is an intact parcel.

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 1-4 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the logistic system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay in the package rather than the tracking number status. Return

Our policy lasts within 30 days of receipt of your order. If 30 days have gone, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address. 

We will not be held responsible for any losses caused by a parcel not being delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the parcel gets delivered.  If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
