Order Processing & Shipment Updates

Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. This means that your package is on its way to the transit warehouse of our logistics providers in your state.

Tracking Information Delay

Please note that when you first receive your tracking number, there may be a short delay before tracking updates appear in the system. This is because it takes a few days for the package to be scanned at the transit warehouse before tracking details become fully available.

Estimated Delivery Time

• After leaving our warehouse, it typically takes 1-3 business days for the package to reach the logistics provider’s transit warehouse.
• Once processed at the transit warehouse, you will begin to see tracking updates, and delivery to your address will proceed as per the carrier’s estimated timeline.
